Healthy and Safety Training Online

The Child Development Bureau and the Child Care Licensing Unit are pleased to offer a free web-based NH Health & Safety Training Program that will help child care providers to meet the requirements of the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 2014.  The NH Health and Safety Training Program is also available in Spanish. NH Professional Registry

The New Hampshire Professional Registry brings recognition and professionalism to the early childhood and afterschool workforce. The Registry is also a system of data collection that can be used to inform policymakers about this workforce. School Age Provider and Youth Coordinator Certificate

Manchester Community College provides a program to earn this certificate is designed for individuals working with children K-12 in before-and-after school care and individuals working in programs designed for serving youths such as camps, recreational & sports programs, youth leadership programs, scouting, etc. This certificate will meet the core knowledge requirements for the NH Childcare Credentialing System, Afterschool Direct Service credential as well as meeting the NH Childcare Licensing Regulations for lead teacher in a before/after school program. New Hampshire Children’s Trust offers, organizes, and promotes a variety of trainings and training events. Trainings vary in format, topic, length and audience.
