Program Improvement

Program Improvement supports out-of-school time programs in strengthening quality through reflection, assessment, and intentional growth. By aligning tools such as the Out-of-School Time Credential and Granite Steps for Quality (GSQ), programs can identify strengths, support staff development, and take meaningful steps toward continuous improvement that benefits children and youth.
