Stephanie Latini

Chair

Internship & Business Outreach Manager – Monadnock United Way, Keene

Stephanie Latini serves as Chair of the New Hampshire Afterschool Network (NHAN) Executive Committee, where she helps guide statewide strategy, governance, and partnerships that strengthen out-of-school-time (OST) opportunities for New Hampshire’s youth and families.

At Monadnock United Way in Keene, she leads the Monadnock Region Afterschool Partnership Program (MRAPP), connecting schools, afterschool providers, and higher education partners to build a sustainable OST workforce pipeline.

Before transitioning into regional and statewide systems work, Stephanie served as a Youth and Family Educator at The River Center in Peterborough, where she taught life skills and social-emotional learning to at-risk youth. Her background in direct service continues to shape her leadership approach, bridging the practical needs of families and educators with the strategic goals of workforce and community development.

Stephanie believes that strong afterschool systems are not extras, but vital to community well-being and to the future of New Hampshire’s workforce. â€‹â€‹

Jessica DuBois

Vice Chair

School Age Program Director - Seacoast Community School

Jessica has spent the past 28 years in OST and ECE, serving in a wide range of roles and positions. Her degree in Human Services—focused on youth and the elderly—provided the foundation for her work, but it’s the experiences, professional relationships, and the children whose lives she has been privileged to be part of that she treasures most.

Family is at the center of Jessica’s world. Her 13-year-old son, Ethan, her partner (a familiar face from her middle school years), her three bonus sons, and their three grandchildren are her constant joy. Since Ethan was five, the two of them have been traveling the United States together with a shared goal of visiting all 50 states before he graduates.

Beyond her work in OST, Jessica enjoys reading, gardening, hiking, and continuing her quest to perfect sourdough baking. Photography is another passion of hers, offering a way to capture the beauty and connection she sees each day.

Jessica approaches every journey—personal and professional—with the words of Maya Angelou in her heart:

“Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better.”
